Pros

Solid ideas Could stand to make some good money on commission.

Cons

Technique for pushing sales of devices was way over the top. Being placed in a Supercenter, and having to basically harass a customer that wasn't even looking for anything within the set department if they knew about the sweetest deals from your top carriers, when they just wanted a box of Kleenex is a bit much. Pay was bad hourly. No promotional materials inviting customers to speak to us. Training to do what management of our positions wanted, and having a whole other set of training from the Supercenter which didn't align was also a pain.
