      I’m trying to come up with one

      Cons

      Creativity and professionalism is not allowed. Building is operated by high school drop outs. Only work here if you absolutely have to this is coming from an executive chef. Tight margins and no budget. This is a great job for those who want to end their career. Don’t do it pass on it.
