      The company CEO takes a "hands on" approach in managing Client/Consultant relationships . She strives to ensure that the Client expectations are met and Consultants get the necessary support, insights and coaching to make them successful in their roles.

      Pros

      Very professional but not remote like some places. The TRC team are very knowledgable about the financial industry, so not just another body shop. They are open and don't hesitate to share their experience and skills.

      No cons so far, it's been a great experience!

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. The CEO and CFO treats you like family. Great people to work with. The entire team is fun and it has been a pleasure working with them. I have learned alot from the CEO on trading, finance, investment banking requirements. The requirements are easy to work on and find great talent to find once you learn from the best.

      Cons

      no cons whatsoever for this company. Everything is all positive.
