Pros
Literally cannot think of one. Read the Glassdoor reviews prior to accepting the position and took them with a grain of salt. I've stayed a minimum of 3 years at every company I've worked for prior this. I sent my resignation on week 3.
Cons
Where to begin. 1 - Hiring process is a mess. Very little communication on start dates and what to expect. Had to reach out on the date of my original start to only find out it was pushed back a day. 2 - Every review that cites clique-y, rude, incompetent upper management is 100% correct. Do not overlook this. At first I thought my manager was having an off day until she had 5 other off days when we spoke. 3 - Mass hiring due to max exodus. Pay close attention to their turnover and why they are hiring so frequently. 4 - Commission only kicks in if you're at 90% to plan. 5 - No employee discount 6 - DTO is virtually impossible to use. 7 - Tested positive for Covid during my 3rd week and let my manager know I wasn't feeling well. Confirmed it with HR. Received an email from a unorganized HR partner saying my employment was terminated as I've been absent and they're refusing to pay the FEDERAL Covid sick leave. I told them I'd file a complaint with the department of labor and they said to send my covid results to an email that didn't actually exist. 8 - Don't let the RSU's sway you. They're virtually worth nothing and a quick google search and read on the company will tell you all you need to know there. Incompetent. Disorganized. Chaotic. Beyond repair.
