Pros
My experience at The RealReal was nothing short of extraordinary. Every day felt like an exciting opportunity to learn and grow alongside some of the most talented individuals I’ve ever met. The leadership and my incredible team genuinely valued my contributions, making it easy to feel motivated and driven. This is not just a fashion company; it's a cohort of talented employees from all sectors who work together to create what the world sees as The RealReal. Additionally, the friendships I developed during my time here truly deserve a glowing review in and of themselves. Even though I am not currently employed, I cherish the blessing of having my coworkers in my life. Whether it was collaborating during meetings or enjoying lunches together, every moment reinforced my appreciation for this incredible team and the positive impact we had on the community. I went into this job apprehensive and unsure how my time would unfold, but it turned out to be the most uplifting experience of my career. It's safe to say that this job reignited a feeling of belonging and a sense of community I didn't even know could be possible. Many of the women I met and worked with will be my forever friends, and for that, I am eternally grateful to TRR. Reflecting on my journey, it’s clear that The RealReal was more than just a workplace for me. I learned more in my time there than I could have imagined, all thanks to the amazing managers and seniors of the company. If given the chance, I would LEAP at the opportunity to be part of this amazing company for the long haul. If you are looking for a great place to work, look no further. Whether you're in HR, digital media, logistics, sustainability, etc, The RealReal offers something for everyone.
