Discounts for *some* store purchases - could potentially add up to quite a bit if you're redecorating. Stick around for a while and you're likely to get promoted pretty quickly. Good for getting your career started.
Cons
Toxic work environment with a strong blame culture, in HO. Pay was crap for everyone except at the executive level.
