Great Company to Work for With Huge Upside Growth Potential - Sky is the Limit - Digital Marketing Account Manager The Rainmaker Institute Employee Review

All of the team members I work with are A-players within the company. Management has made it a point to hire the right people which makes for a great work environment and a great experience for customers as well. Leadership values your time off and work/life balance just as much as the quality of your work which is very refreshing. The company also recently moved to a 4 day work week which has been wonderful for everyone. Overall its been great working at The Rainmaker Institute and I look forward to continuing my career there.

The only con I can think of at this point has to do with some issues with outside vendors that have affected certain projects but those issues are actively being resolved.

They do pay on time.

I was hired as a Freelance writer and was given a ton of promises of the kind of the work I would be doing. From that point on I had to beg for work because if I sat waiting I would have never been given a single project. I didn't do anywhere near as much writing as they said I would and within a couple months I couldn't get any work at all. Total waste of my time. If I ever inquired into the matter I was just told business was slow. If that was the case then why bring on more writers? They do not respect the time of their writers.
