      Inner circle ruling class system within the hotel. Poor pay. Poor hours. Unreasonable restriction on payroll. No reassurance or feedback from GM.

      Very flexible with work lot's of options including the chance to use experience from other sources other jobs in the industry

      Cons

      A lot of different rules to learn not like with the first company that I first started with de vere hotels

      Pros

      Management treats staff pretty fairly. Has decent pay

      Cons

      Drama between departments across all areas. No lunch breaks but it comes with the job of operating the desk, someone has to be there at all times
