      Pros

      Very hard working people with a great staff and excellent chef. Hard working people that were fun to work with and manage

      Cons

      Owner was very slow to listen to changes that needed to be made to stay in the know of the business and deal with the competitors around him. Also no benefits and a dead end job. Never seemed appreciated
