Partners are awful to work with and have "no skin in the game" to succeed as much as the IC. Wokr is spend setting appointments and dragging majority of the partners to the finish line. Products/services are launched with no clue on how to execute and numerous partners have left. This is promoted as "your own business" but the transparency is atrocious. The $229 a month to exist in the company causes financial havoc on IC's while the company reaps the benefit of always haveing money come in to pay expenses. The CEO brags about how the company has lasted over 10 years, but when the employees are paying for an opportunity to close deals... the labor is always a win for TPN. CEO talks as he has a path and vision that is executable, but continue to shows he doesn't take care of the operations side of the business and the focus is always on massive recruiting and motivational/mindset material that only takes an IC so far. PLEASE look elsewhere for a side hussle...as this one is complete luck to be successful or your connections put you a the spot to succeed. Very poor sales training.
