Manual Processes, Overwork, and Trust Gaps - Manufacturing Specialist The Principle Partnering Group Employee Review

In my time at PJ plant, I've noticed a few challenges that I'd like to share. Many teams still rely on manual processes, which often slows things down. We frequently end up working overtime even during times of medical leave or family emergencies—which can be really tough. I’ve also observed that top management doesn’t seem to have a clear succession plan or a structured strategy to help us meet our daily targets. Additionally, HR tends to side with upper management, which leaves many of us feeling that our concerns aren’t handled confidentially or fairly. Addressing these issues could really improve our work environment and overall efficiency.
