Pros
The team leaders , manager and every one there are friendly, the assitant manager in house shifting cstomer support department is really understanding.
Cons
People get work done by underpaying, no proper system or management in the house shifting department for Overtime managemnet etc. , Date of customers are being handled on Gsheet. DOn't get proper leaves. 10hours shift and 6 days working. They hired saying it was 9 hours shuift and 5 days working, but pay for OT only if you work more than 10 hours and the 6th day is extra day pay but that also we will have to tell the management to add the extra day
