So happy you consider your time here as the favorite place you've ever worked. We agree that it is a fun and accepting work environment. Unfortunately for most retail sales positions, the only way to get a significant raise is to take on more responsibility in a higher position, this is true for our company as well. However, we have offered our employees competitive increases over the last 8 years while other companies ceased doing so because of the stagnant economy. Besides the normal channels of addressing employee relations problems which are raised through managers and the managers’ supervisors, we started an anonymous HR hotline 2 years ago that serves as another channel for employees to raise issues.
