      Salary, incentives, night shifts, open environment, supportive management, no work load, early logouts, no stretch, fun at work, sports, 5 days a week, nice HR policies and friendly staff.

      Cons

      1 AM to 10 AM shift in rotation :(

      Pros

      good management work life balance and flexible week offs not much hectic job

      Cons

      no cons as of such only thing you need to worry about is the work timings as there are graveyard shift starts at 1 am in the night
