Pros

short hours; works around full-time job; little time necessary to get ready for work - roll out of bed and go;

Cons

7 days a week, 365 days a year; no days off - even if sick, car breaks down, or weather emergency; no job security - negative work environment; pay cuts and charged for complaints ($3 each) without investigation into cause; charged for wet papers even if it rains 12 hours after delivery; tips are stolen by warehouse distribution agents (Inquirer contracted out delivery to "super agents," so now we are sub-contractors); wear and tear on car; pay for gas and all supplies including bags. Also, if we ask questions, or try to negotiate our contract, we are threatened to be let go (fired) - our contracts are an illusion.
