Pros

In-house certification, good for experience, everyone is very friendly and helpful, clients are appreciative.

Cons

Insurance is only medical. No dental or vision. PTO is only accrued based off of performance and if you hit those performance numbers you’ll only accrue 10 hours per QUARTER

Pros

I work with a truly amazing team. I feel like the company values are in line with my own. I think the executive team is innovative; I also feel they truly listen to individual team members and take into account their experience when making decisions.

Cons

For my role, this is not a particularly high-paying job.
