      Pros

      Great flexibility, great supervisors, co-workers are young, and fun, but very knowledgeable and not immature. New Employee Orientation is so helpful! The facetime with your supervisors and coworkers is priceless those first few days. They really do try to make everyone feel a part of the company even if they are never in the office. Great culture.

      Cons

      Clients can be pretty demanding sometimes, so it's imperative that you speak up and communicate with your Project Manager or direct Manager about any issues you're having. Benefits could be a bit better.

      Pros

      Great employees - never met someone I didn't vibe with. Always exploring new ways to solve problems, not stuck in same ways Flat organization - your voice is heard and taken seriously for feedback and growth

      Cons

      Sometimes hard to balance client work depending on workload, need to be comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Sometimes direction can change and make goal attainment difficult
