      Pros

      There are no benefits to this company. You can never truly trust any of your colleagues. It is a mine field of mind games.

      Cons

      The CEO is driven by madness. She will change her mind on you on a daily basis. She rules by fear and she does it on a hour by hour basis. She plays games and loves doing it. Her management style is disrupt, chaos, and backstabbing. The amount of turnover is shocking for any company yet an arts organization.

      You get to see the shows if you ever get scheduled inside.

      Cons

      Terrible management, scheduling nightmare. No one cares at all. Management should be replaced. Very toxic atmosphere. It's a shame what a beautiful place has some ugly people running it into the ground. Stay far away from here. They put on a good front at first then it all goes downhill.
