The owner is terrific and cares deeply about her work. She is great with clients and provides employees opportunity to take on significant ownership day to day. The clients are great to work with.

It is a small company. Clients require detailed attention, but we take great pride in doing this. At times there is a good amount of work to get done and everyone must wear multiple hats.
