-They claim to have a zero tolerance to racism and sexual harrasment but, there have been multiple cases of sexual harrasment and racism in which have resulted in no one being fired. They are actively protecting directors they have invested in, despite them committing repeated acts of harassment. However, if you make a mistake in your job, this company will prioritize their contracts than protecting their own staff and will fire you.
-Poor communication, if brought on as a director you will have zero communication with anyone about anything, no streamlined information about your benefits, or where you will end up being in a month, they will give you very little notice to move across the country if you are geo flex.
