More cons than pro with this company. They will tell you it's not about the money but that's far from the truth. If they valued their staff more they would pay them more and treat them with respect and understand that they are human and need a life. Each person there is expected to do the job of 3 people. Taking a vacation is always hard to cover. You are lied to and then they pretend it never happened. I left this company, I was not fired... Leaving was the best thing I ever did for my self and my sanity.
