      Good work ethics, nice people and nice building to work in.

      Cons

      Not much job progression within your role and lately a divide between management and staff. Portal system is new but clunky and many struggle to submit business on.

      Location. That’s about it though.

      Cons

      Bullying. Gaslighting. Narcissistic owner (Antonio). Terrible place to work. Terrible management style starts at the top and comes downwards.
