Pros
The work that TNDR is doing is incredibly important and meaningful. The clients are so special, and it is a joy to be apart of a program that is providing such important care and interventions for a population that usually does not have access to this LOC.
Cons
I have been gone several months now and waited to post my review till I had time to let my emotions settle because I didn't want to write a review out of frustration, but the farther out I get from my time there the more I am just so shocked at the lack of care and respect I received from management and administration. There is a strong level of connection amongst peers, but the expectations that leadership had for their staff was insane. There was a lot of gas lighting, social boxing out (watching leadership invite certain staff members to lunch, buying them treats,) and a feeling of constantly being watched and criticized. Often times the only 'support' I'd receive from leadership was when a situation got out of hand (though I would ask for guidance much before then) and it was often only to nitpick my decisions and question my judgement.
