Pros

This organization is a powerful place to work for those passionate about racial justice and equity in healthcare. We are driven by a shared mission to improve reproductive health and rights, ensuring that no one is left behind. Our team is filled with incredibly talented and dedicated individuals, and we’re in a pivotal moment of growth and change. As we refine our goals in light of ongoing attacks on reproductive justice, it’s an exciting time to join our organization. Equity isn’t just a value in our external work; it’s reflected in our compensation, benefits, and internal policies as well.

Cons

While a pro is that we work fully remote, a con is that being a fully remote team has made it challenging for us to come together in the way we’ve hoped, which would foster more meaningful team connections.
