Pros
In my 18+ year career I have never worked for a company or individuals as supportive, helpful, kind, flexible and dedicated to helping you succeed than Nicki and Ronnie Perchik. I have been working for them now for almost 10 months and prior to that, was one of their candidates, and I can tell you I have never been happier or more fulfilled in a position. Throughout my career, I have always said money isn’t everything. It's the people you work with who will push you to be the best version of yourself and make or break a job. That couldn't be truer with the NLP Group. I am working harder and smarter than ever before, because they have given me the tools to do so, the encouragement to fuel my passion and support to help me along the way. I want to win for them and with them. As a candidate I couldn't say enough about how much time they took to invest in learning what I wanted, needed and ultimately what the right decision for me was. I never felt forced into a decision or pressured in any way. They’ve always been incredibly open and honest on ‘both sides of the desk.’ They wanted to make sure I was happy. So, when the opportunity arose to join their team, it was a no brainer! I can't say enough about this amazing team and our NLP family!

I honestly can't think of any, these guys totally get it. If you're a hard worker and want to succeed, they guys want to help you achieve it.
