If you see in recent past most of the senior level people from all department have left the company Management believes in Hire & Fire Policy; they least bother about employees future Don’t get carried away with the top management talks, articles, interviews in social media, newspaper, magazine etc. all are miss guiding statements & information Company always have funding issues Salaries are not paid on time Full & Final Settlements of ex-employees are paid after a year or more than that A part from PF no other employee benefits are given to employees like Medical Insurance, Bonus etc
