Pros
ATG is a great place to work if you need a company that will be understanding that sometimes life needs you to be flexible. They are very good with their employees - sometimes a little too good, see the cons section for more on that. On a whole this company has become a lot better since they were purchased by Lowes, and the current trio of leaders is making it a better place to work each year.
Cons
The company keeps people it shouldn't sometimes, and this can lead to morale issues. See "Advice to Management" section. The pay scale could be better, the revolving door rarely stops swinging in many departments, and the break rooms are pretty tiny and not very well looked after, lovely as they are. They company works hard to create a culture, but it's still very much in the fledgling stages so it can be a little awkward.
