I'm 100% agreed with other's review about this company: "Tends to hire the cheapest employees, not the best employees, which creates an atmosphere and expectation of mediocrity". Management people just talk but don't do their jobs as expected as their paid, except for micro-managing. People know how to do the jobs are gone. The company is spending money to hire cheap people, it seems they try to fool the future employees/agencies that they are growing but in fact, they try to look for more people to replace the potential employees that quit.
