They are not available when the manager is not doing her jobs well enough. The spa is not their interest. 4.) The main problem with this business is the manager is part of the concierge team. Therefore the front desk can do no wrong. Everyone leaves because of the managers management style and incompetence of the front desk concierge. Huge turnover. No one is happy here.
