Pros

Great culture – Everyone in the office genuinely gets along, and Jason and Stefanie set the tone with their energy and leadership. Clear structure – The schedule and expectations are well-defined, which makes it easy to stay organized and focused. Healthy work-life balance – The team actively encourages balance and flexibility, making it a great environment to thrive in. Strong growth opportunities – There’s plenty of room to take on leadership roles and continue developing both personally and professionally.

Cons

Fast-paced environment – Things can move quickly, so staying organized and adaptable is important. High standards – Expectations are clear and performance-driven, which can be challenging at times but pushes you to grow. Learning curve – There’s a lot to absorb early on, but the team is supportive and helps you get up to speed. Communication – With a busy team, information can occasionally move fast, so staying proactive is key.

Pros

Dedicated, passionate, and knowledgeable team members. The people I interviewed with were very knowledgeable, and you could tell they worked very hard. Pay was appropriate for the position as defined in the contract.

Cons

Unstructured onboarding made self-integration difficult. Expectations for part-time availability felt unreasonably high. It seemed like you had to be available even if you were only "part time." Key staff lacked the bandwidth to support new hires. Everyone appeared upset and overworked. I think feedback is asked for but rarely genuinely acted upon, and it may sometimes cause offense. Role expectations for freelancers are poorly defined in practice. Time tracking feels very hard to master, like micromanagement, and is also poorly defined.
