Lack of business development and dedicated team during contracts has led to consistent lay-offs when govt. contracts end; Execs expect fluidity and professionalism in office, but rarely interact with staff and in office before lunch; consistent IT issues result in many band-aid fixes and work-arounds; no formal training for new hires.
