Pros

Its got a lovely bunch of employees, sometimes when the going gets tough the energy and the fun keeps the morale pretty high and you always look forward to another fun day at work. The 'cool factor' is pretty high.. ti might sound pretty trivial but trust me on your crazy days it comes in handy.

Cons

There is no job clarity, department clarity and line managers never have time for review meetings. Extremely understaffed for the volume of the work done. There are superiors (wouldn't want to name them) who only criticize yet never appreciate the efforts and mad hours put in. No clarity of KPI's and induction process.
