Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! I see management has deemed it necessary to tell a few porky’s or have they been turning into work in a different place than us? Management (New CEO) has introduced a culture of subtle bullying and he has not a shred of respect for peoples talents or abilities. A director has posted saying the new external survey currently shows “Good level of employee satisfaction “ Oh please…… Stop trying to fool the public and let’s have a bit of honesty. Since Clive handed control to new CEO the good people who work at MTC in the main are looking for alternative employment. VIP visitors may be impressed by what they think the place is all about but they don’t see the underbelly. To sum up,not a happy place to be as it once was.
