The overall job is nice. The Owners are great.

The pay is not at a level to sustain long-term

Coworkers were amazing, got some free items, 30% off

Management was terrible and did not care about the employees. New policy forced write ups if employees didn’t sell at least 3 items per transaction, yet we don’t even get commission. Turnover rates are horrible and the longest lasting employee was about one year. Sometimes customers were creepy or aggressive and we did not have security or even access to cameras because the higher ups do not care about employee safety.
