Relatively good pay and paid training supplied

Not at all the 'all inclusive' work environment they claim to be. Extremely gossipy and clique oriented call centre. Little to no support given after training. Very negative space. Extremely high turn over. While you're obviously allowed sick days - if you miss even one day due to being unwell or any other perfectly acceptable reason you're immediately treated differently, not in a good way. Extremely poor handling of workplace social issues like bullying etc.
