Pros

If you’re looking for a fun, meaningful place to work with babies to preschoolers, The Learning Experience (TLE) is a great choice. They use a super engaging curriculum called L.E.A.P. that blends hands-on learning with fun characters like Bubbles, Two Plus Toucan, and Lionstein, who help bring lessons to life in a way kids really connect with. What’s cool is that these characters and activities aren’t just for the classroom—they extend into the home through songs, stories, and easy take-home ideas that get families involved too. It’s a place where learning feels like play, and where teachers are supported to grow while making a real difference in early education.

Cons

The expectation is high for the education of the children, this isn’t really a con if you are passionate about childcare.

Our committed TLE team ensure that we offer an environment that fosters innovation, collaboration and a community mindset. As a team we work closely with our American colleagues to support and evolve practice, ensuring that we offer the highest quality Early Years education to raise outcomes for our TLE children and Families.

Pros

Working at this nursery has been such a positive and rewarding experience. The staff and management team are truly like a family – so welcoming, supportive, and kind. From the moment I joined, I felt valued and appreciated. There’s a real sense of teamwork and genuine care, not just for the children but for each other as well. It’s a lovely place to work, and I feel proud to be part of such a nurturing and passionate environment.

Cons

The only challenge I’ve found is that progression opportunities, such as stepping into a deputy manager role, are limited at the moment due to the current structure and team size. While I feel well-supported and encouraged in my professional development, there just isn’t space in leadership right now to take that next step. That said, I know the management team recognises potential and will support me when the right opportunity does arise.
