      Nice mix of clients, pto/remote perks

      Cons

      So much turnover here because of favoritism, poor management and burnout. Work expectations are a lot, and the load is not evenly distributed, if you bring up intense workload you’re made to feel bad about it.

      Because the team is small everyone wears a lot of hats which was great for learning but can stretch bandwidth sometimes

      Fully remote and Unlimited PTO

      Cons

      Poor management and negative attitudes. Culture is not good. It’s a decent place for an entry level person looking to get experience but no one lasts here very long hence why they are always hiring.
