I can honestly say that I love my job because I feel good about what I do and who I work for. This is a close-knit office, everyone is great at what they do, and I love coming to work every day. The owner is supportive when there are things that come up with kids and family, he supports vacation time, and genuinely cares about his employees. When I first started at The Laser Agent, I had no idea that the aesthetic laser market was the size that it is. As such, it can also be unsettling to learn that along with high-dollar sales comes a number of unscrupulous people that will try and take the money of hard-working people and either rip them off entirely or sell them an inferior product. We get these calls from victims all the time, and people have lost $10's of thousands of dollars!!! I can say 100% that this is not the case at The Laser Agent. I have watched the owner and staff go to great lengths to ethically and honestly support each transaction. Questions and concerns by potential buyers are met with 100% transparency... the staff invites any customer to visit the warehouse in person or to have a live FaceTime or Skype call to do a "virtual" inspection. It is so nice to see that customer service is alive and well!!!
