- The uniform Allowance. - The HR and Management are approachable. - The Area Manager was really helpful when I had issues with the team.
Cons
- The team is really impolite, won't welcome you or help you fitting in. - The team is messing around as soon as the managers are away. - No team spirit, people are stealing each other's clients for commissions. - Dangerous stockroom. - Unsocial hours. - No break except lunch. - You never have your lunch on time.
