Cons
Difficult to transition a maintenance crew who has been allowed to run wild for years and cries to PM when you ask them to do something. You are expected to do a lot of work, plus fill in for whoever is out. Don't get hurt on the job, they will fight your claim. Not only will they fight your claim, they will have employees lie for them and give false statements. I guess the poor guy doesn't realize that the same may happen to him. Once hurt of the job, my employment was terminated and my health insurance was stopped. I have been paying COBRA but, they actually canceled my health insurance(while I was injured at their company and WC denied treatment). Just so you know, the C in COBRA means continuing, not cut-off.
