Pros

I just celebrated my 10th year at Kane. Although I must admit that when I was hired I didn't think I would stay too long - BUT here I am. After my first year, I knew I had found the "best place for me to work". The working environment, co-workers and management team are great. I'm here because I like this company and the commitment they have to both customers and employees. Kane has many long time customers, and long time employees. I gave the highest rating in culture and values because of those long, trusting relationships that this company is able to build and keep.

Cons

Better pay (of course).

Pros

I have worked with the company for 20+ years and wanted to share my experience with The Kane Company. I currently hold the position of Marketing Manager, I was able to grow and develop this position from within with the help of many great leaders in the industry. I was hired at an entry level clerk position but quickly decided that The Kane Company was a company I wanted to invest myself in for the future. I was provided the tools, training, advancement opportunity and salary incentive to keep me here. The Kane Company is a great place to invest your talents and career growth and I hope to finish my professional career with this industry leading company.

Cons

The cons are more with the economy, not with The Kane Company. We seemed to have risen above the low point in the economy and continue to drive to the future. We've had to trim staff at time in the past but it was more of a survivor need. When commerce needs were at a peak we could afford extra staffing, but with a down economy there were needs to let some great people go. We are looking forward to the future and growth within our great company.
