This company preaches diversity and equity but is rampant with nepotism. Leadership is hypocritical and mainly concerned with lining their own pockets. Additionally they care more about their recruiters seeming busy by forcing outbound calls even though upper management realizes it impacts candidate delivery to their clients (stretch your bandwidth to thin to manage onboarding well). I'd encourage everyone (clients and people seeking work) to avoid this place unless they are desperate as there is some money to be made being structured this way by high performers and of course close friends and family of the leadership.
