Pros
The office was nice. I suggest they get a less expensive one and pay their employees what they deserve considering they are slaves that work illegal hours. I bet the new FLSA laws will have a pretty drastic effect on The Judge Group.
Cons
Want to get into sales? Then I ensure you, this is not the place. They portray these recruiting positions as sales jobs, which is a lie and pretty humorous. Success at this company is calling the right candidate when a new job is released before the person next to you. No sales skills are required to be successful here, because you aren't selling anything. At most you are providing a service to clients and candidates looking for jobs. There are also way too many recruiters and not enough business coming in from the "sales" team, which results in a lot of stress because it's more difficult when there are 15 recruiters trying to place someone in one undesirable job. The upper management had egos that were through the roof as well. At the end of the day, the people doing the dirty work are the ones providing you with a paycheck. Also, for college grads, don't make the same mistake as I did and accept a recruiting job after school. It's a laughable industry and will provide you with no skills for future success elsewhere. Find a job where you sell a product. Oh and one thing that also grinded my gears was recruiters would submit candidates that clearly aren't qualified in order to improve there numbers. That is a bad way of doing business and wrong on all levels.
