      Absolutely nothing. Nobody stays longer than a few months

      Cons

      Company keeps MOST OF THE SERVICE CHARGE. Managers are always the first to take a paymeny only in hope to steal cash tips from tables ! Illegal working hours every week. You finish at 1am and have to be back at 9am the following day... You pay for staff food

      -great boss -great college job -generally great co-workers, usually fellow college students -lots independence, no micro managing

      Cons

      -can be very hot in the summer or cold in the winter, but if your tough you'll manage
