Serving as Head of Operations gave me a front-row seat to the organisation’s ambition and scale vision. The Innovation Story is mission-led, with a sharp focus on experiential STEM, robotics excellence, and AI-driven education. The organisation provides significant ownership to leaders and encourages building processes, teams, and structures from the ground up. There is strong student impact, especially through innovation labs, competition participation, and global exposure platforms. Leadership is visionary and committed to positioning TIS as a differentiated brand in future-focused education.

Being in a rapid growth phase, systems and processes are continuously evolving. This creates a fast-paced environment that demands adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
