      Pros

      There are some good people who work there. Once you have established yourself job security is fair. They are expanding capabilities, so should be a few new jobs soon.

      Cons

      Mostly you will be treated as a number there. Even excellent yearly review scores will lead to tiny raises. They believe that anyone can be replaced at any time.

      Great company - solid future

      Cons

      New additions to Senior Team have brought a lot of non productive politics to the business. An environment that use to be caring and thoughtful now is a place where you need to watch your back. New President is rude and dismissive. Not interested in team but self promotion. Not a great place to work anymore.
