      Pros

      Loved working at The Icebox. It has an awesome company culture and a very entrepreneurial ethos. It's not a pressure cooker like some sales jobs and ultimately, its up to you as the salesperson to sell as much as you want to.

      None. Thoroughly enjoyed my time there.

      Upper management tries to sell their "culture" but it never felt genuine. Pay is ok. Location is a perk.

      Pay is ok. Owners are out of touch with reality.
