Cons
Favoritism, Nepotism, Poor Management, No benefits, Low wages. Some workers have certain responsibilities and are expected to fulfill some on their own, and others with the help of other workers. Here, you're going to have to do everything yourself, plus deal with workers very immaturely talking about you behind your back. There are clear favorites (family and family friends) and even though they are incompetent, they are given fewer responsibilities and treated as unofficial managers/leaders. Some workers are homophobic and ableist and make everyone uncomfortable, yet they are clearly favored. Those who need hours are just told to find a secondary job, and some people are only given 10 hours/week even if they were hired for full time. The store does well solely because local people are tired of Starbucks and keep coming back. Not because workers are happy or because management is competent. I don't recommend working here at all.
