      Pros

      Met some really great people on Staff, a couple became good friends. Most of the Managers are really nice, minus a few exceptions. They give you plenty of time to train, and get comfortable in your role.

      Prefer not to say, visible to everyone.

      The manager is incredibly nice and understanding. Work is pretty straightforward.

      Pros

      The Hotel Ithaca has a decent benefits package.

      Cons

      Most positions are underpaid; hotel work is 24/7 as hotel's generally don't close down for reasons that aren't related to emergencies, and thusly it's easy at this hotel to fall into the trap of working 40-60 hours a week with minimum-wage pay.
