      Pros

      Everyone is very friendly and is always willing to teach! Great place to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Long shifts but that usually comes with the job description, at the end of the day is 24/7 practice. Patients comes 1st .

      Pros

      The Hope Center is truly a family of vet tech and veterinarians. I have worked for several vet hospitals and this is by far the best one I have ever worked for. I love this place and would return there in a heartbeat if I ever moved back to Virginia!

      Cons

      The pay is not good considering the cost of living in the area.
